In this guide, we’ll be checking the different features you’ll expect from this “Career” for the younger sims. Scouts perform activities on specific days of the week only since they’ll need to be in school. Let’s check what we’ll find in this after school activity.
Joining the Scouts
Scouting is an activity that can be joined by children and teens only. In order to do so, simply choose your Sim and then check on their phone. You can join after school activities for Children and then wait for the Scouting to appear in the list of choices. For teens, you can check Find a Job instead.Once you join the scouts, you’ll be able to do the activities during the specified schedule. Clicking on your Sim will then let you show the badges that you need to attain in order to perform your scouting duties properly. A list will be provided to show you the activities you’ll need to do in order to get the specific badges.
Scouting Levels
Similar to other types of careers, there are levels that you can attain which will unlock new features. Scouts get rewards through trophies, and earning the badges that you need to get will help you progress as a scout. Scouting Badges
The primary tasks of scouting are to attain badges. There are different ways to obtain them accordingly. The list below provides you with the different badges that are available, as well as the actions that you’ll need to do in order to acquire them.Badge | Requirements |

Scouting Tips
In order to progress being a scout, you’ll have to check your Scouting Board and check your progress. Checking on your Sim as well will help you by checking the progression a specific badge. Once you have completed all of the required activities, you can then claim the badge by checking the board.The board can be placed in your house and it’s automatically added to you inventory, so place it in an accessible area. You can also check your progress by interacting with your Sim. Checking the badge Requirements show that there really isn’t much of a challenge with obtaining the badges, so pick any task you can do. The Scouting Aptitude Reward trait that they can acquire will help them with their skill gain by 25% one they become adults, so it’s a good reward to get.
