Calendar Overview
Last Updated:
Weather, you get the option of changing the duration of a specific season whether it be 7 days or more. Because of this, we receive a calendar that lets you keep track of the days that pass by.
In this page, we’ll discuss about the other features that the calendar can provide. Not only can this tell which day it is, but you’ll also be able to check the Weather, Holidays, Events, and even the feature to plan custom ones too!
Here you’ll get to see the current day, as well as the upcoming weeks. Any day that has icons will show that there’s a Holiday or an Event ongoing. You can also check the icons on the upper left to see the day’s Weather forecast.
The forecast is a good feature since you can plan in advance based on the Weather and temperature. Remember, that your Sims can get affected by the hot, cold, and they can even get struck by lightning through thunderstorms. Any extremes of weather can cause your Sim to die therefore you’ll need to be careful. There are also new Traits available that can help with the weather changes, so please check our page on the new traits on the link below.

Holidays will provide you with a set time schedule, and in order to celebrate it you will have to follow the list of activities that are provided. Your work/school schedule will show which Sim has that activity for the day, while Events will let you see which Parties are planned.
At the bottom of the pane, you'll also have the option of creating your own custom Holiday and Event. This provides you with additional options for celebrating the days of each season. After all, not all real life Holidays are provided in the Sims 4, so being able to create your custom ones is a good feature.
We will be creating specific pages for Holidays and Events that you can hold in the Sims 4: Seasons, so please don’t forget to check our pages for it on the upcoming links. You can also check more about the different options in the game such as extending a Season’s duration, this will affect the calendar as well. You can check more about these options on the following link below.
